Riaan matriculated at Central High School in Beaufort West and obtained his B Acc degree at the University of Stellenbosch followed by Hons B Compt. in 1992 at UNISA. He completed his accounting traineeship in Stellenbosch with Wiehahn Meyernel (presently PWC).

During his traineeship, he obtained the degrees B Compt (1990) and STR (1991) from UNISA. He passed his qualifying exam in 1992 and qualified as Chartered Accountant (CA) and Registered Auditor (RA). Riaan is married to Sunette and they have three sons.

JC matriculated at Paarl Gimnasium High School and obtained his B.Acc degree at the University of Stellenbosch. In 2013 he completed his SAICA articles with Broodryk Kotzé Incorporated (then BGR Broodryk Kotzé Inc). He also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences and an Advanced Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences from UNISA. JC passed the SAIPA professional evaluation and registered as a member of SAIPA as well as became a registered Tax Practitioner in 2014.

He passed his qualifying examinations and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2020. After successfully completing IRBA’s Audit Development Programme (ADP) in 2022, JC qualified as a Registered Auditor (RA). JC is married to Lizanne, and they are the proud parents of a daughter.
